About us
Loyalty software for the UK’s independent businesses
Unity Loyalty gives cafés, restaurants, shops, salons and local services the kind of loyalty programme large chains run, without the plastic cards, the app downloads or the enterprise price tag.
What we believe
Regulars are the business
For most independent businesses, a small group of returning customers makes up a large share of revenue. A loyalty programme should make that group bigger and keep it coming back.
Simple for customers
Customers join by scanning a QR code and keep the card in their phone’s wallet. No app to install, nothing to forget at home.
Practical for staff
Your team should be able to sign someone up and record a purchase during a busy service, on the till they already use.
What Unity does
Unity combines digital wallet loyalty cards, cashback in points with automatic tiers, two-sided referrals and staff incentives with push, SMS and email campaigns. It integrates with Square, and works with any other till through the Unity Staff app. Plans are published in GBP on our pricing page.
We write practical, UK-specific advice on running a loyalty programme in our blog, from marketing consent rules to measuring whether a programme pays for itself.
